Pipeline Folders

Please note that only admin users will have the ability to configure pipeline folders.

To create a new folder, go to your dealflow pipeline and click on the 3 green vertical dots at the top right of your page to open up the menu of options, then click on Pipeline Folders.

A pop-up window will open for you to add a new folder, delete, or rename existing folders. After performing any changes here make sure you click on the “Save” button.

Any new folder you create will be reflected across all deals within your dealflow pipeline, whether you use it or not. These folders will appear under the “Attachments” section as shown below:

To move existing attachments into a folder follow the steps below:

1. Hover over the attachment and click on the folder icon

2. Select the folder and save

Network Drives

An additional feature you can now enjoy is the categorization of network drives. To do this, you must first turn on the Network Drives field by going to Account Settings > Field Settings > Click on show all available fields > Search for “Network Drives” > toggle on this field and save changes.

You will now see a settings icon at the top right of the attachments section. To add a new network drive link click on this icon, then click on Add network drive.
