Merge duplicate company profiles into a single one.

The entity-merge feature helps you remove clutter from duplicate companies in your CRM. With this feature, you're able to select two duplicate companies that you want to merge into a single one. If you these two companies have differing information (Ex: different phone numbers), you will be prompted to select which of the two phone numbers you want to keep.

Follow the steps below to start using the entity merge feature.

  1. Go to the companies module (CRM > Companies) and select the two companies you want to merge by clicking on the checkbox to the left of their name.

  2. Once two companies have been selected, the "Merge" button will appear at the top of the screen. When you see the button, please click on it.

  3. You'll be taken to a screen where you're prompted to select what information you want to keep. The information in green is the one you select to keep.

  4. When you click on continue, you're taking to the second step where you select what associations (if any) you want to keep.

  5. Finally, you're taken to a last window where you can confirm the information you've selected to keep and then confirm merge.
