Brief Documentation For All Data Export

The following are ID numbers that are present in each tab of the excel spreadsheet:

  1. The Tenant column and the ID number associated in the excel dcoument is always the name of the customer. In your case, it will always be Artha Ventures's Unique ID

  2. The Created by and Updated by columns are also always constant and are available in each tab. As their name says, they are unique IDs of the team members who are registered users of Zapflow.

  3. The User account tab in the spreadsheet shows all the registered users

In each given tab in the excel spreadsheet, the main column to look for is the UUID

  1. UUID is the unique designation for the particular entity in each tab of the spreadsheet

  2. For example, if you see a UUID column in the Deal tab, then each UUID in each row is the unique ID for the particular deal

  3. Similarly, if you see a UUID column in a Contact tab, then each UUID represents the unique ID of a contact.

The Option tab in the spreadsheet is the place where tags can be found. It has 2 columns that are important

  1. One is the UUID and

  2. the 2nd is the Value column. The UUID in this tab is the unique number for each given name in the value column.

The other important column in all tabs is Related Entities. This is where you find the Associated company, Associated contact etc. The ID number listed in this column is a UUID of a given company or deal or contact or investor etc.

  1. In the Deals tab a column called “Related entities”. This column will have UUIDs of any “Associated entity” relevant to the deal such as contacts etc.

  2. If you search across the whole worksheet with the ID, you will see that the ID points to a tab called "Entity Association" which has contact source and target. This will also be found as an ID in the Contacts tab.

The Role tab in the spreadsheet shows UUID, Role and Target columns that shows the unique ID number of a guest account for a particular deal or company.

entity.type/fundraising-opportunity = Fundraising pipeline

entity.type/oppo = Deal flow pipeline

General rule of thumb: if one sees any ID numbers in columns other than UUID, then they are UUIDs from a different tab.
