Overview

The Contacts tab lists everyone on the email thread, grouped into three sections:

  • Contacts in CRM: people who are already in your contacts on Zapflow, marked with a green checkmark on their avatar

  • Linked Colleagues: teammates on the thread who are Zapflow users

  • Contacts not in CRM: people on the email who aren’t in Zapflow yet

Sections with no people in them are hidden.

View a contact’s opportunities and activity

Click on a contact or colleague to expand their details. You’ll see:

  • Deals linked to this person: click a deal to see the person’s role, the deal owner, the fund, and the stage. If there are more than three deals, click Show all to see the rest.

  • Activity summary: the number of meetings, calls, notes, and messages logged with this person
