This feature lets you merge two entities into one. For example, if you’ve created two investor profiles that are meant to represent the same investor, but one contains a typo, you can merge them into a single entity. If you these two investors have differing information (Ex: different phone numbers), you will be prompted to select which of the two phone numbers you want to keep. This helps keep your data clean and accurate.

How to use feature:

  • From the main menu select any entities from under CRM

  • Select the entities that you want to merge and press the "Merge" button

After clicking the "Merge" button you will start a process where you will go through each of the different sections where the investors are linked and you will choose which of the data that you want to keep linked.

You'll be taken to a screen where you're prompted to select what information you want to keep. The information in green is the one you select to keep

When you click on continue, you're taking to the second step where you select what associations (if any) you want to keep.

Finally, you're taken to a last window where you can confirm the information you've selected to keep and then confirm merge.

If you have questions about the feature don't hesitate to contact us at support@zapflow.com or with the in app-messaging in Zapflow.
