Configurable Creation Flow

The configurable creation flow allows administrators to configure how individual entities can be created in the system. Choosing which fields are displayed when creating the entity. Admin can select whether fields are optional or mandatory to fill in.

Requirements

You need to have the feature enabled in your account. If it is not showing in your account contact the customer success team through the messaging system in the application or by sending an email to support@zapflow.com.

Configure Entity Creation

  1. Go to account settings

  2. Open Field Settings.

  3. On the left banner select what entity type you want to configure* (for example, Company) and press Configure Entity creation (Picture 1)

  4. Choose what fields to show in the creation by adding fields from the top left and choose if the fields are mandatory or optional on creation. (Picture 2)

  5. Removing fields is done from the three dots on the right of the field row (Picture 3)

  6. Click Save changes to save the configuration.

* Entities currently available for custom entity creation (Company, Fund, Generic asset, Real estate, Agreement, Commitment, Contact, Holding and Investor)
