Filtered exports for quick reports and listings

You may want to export a (sub)set of your deal, company or contact data to be used as ad hoc reports or to upload to your email outreach processes. To achieve this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the main pipeline page (Dealflow, Fundraising, Investor, Company, Contact, etc.) that you want to export data from. In this article, we will use the Dealflow pipeline for the screenshot samples.

  2. Switch to grid mode view

  3. Select the columns that you want to export

  4. Apply Filters (Optional): This is in case you want to export only some specific type of data, you can use filters to get the data you need. Please note that all the data that is currently visible on this page is what will be downloaded in the Excel file.

Pro tips: Filters can help you select only the data which contains a value and help remove bad data. For example, you want to export only deals which have ticket size value. To do so, just click on "Advanced Filters" and type in "Ticket size".

On the pop-up window, choose value as "Is known", then hit "Apply".

Now only data with Ticket size value are visible in your pipeline.

  5. You are now ready to export your data by clicking on the 3 vertical dots at the top right and selecting: "Save as Excel" or "Save as Excel with Persons"

    • Save as Excel: Downloads all the data currently visible in your pipeline page

    • Save as Excel with Persons: Downloads all the data currently visible in your pipeline page plus any associated persons to the Deal/Company/Contact/ FROPO/Investor/etc.
