Changing the survey responder(s)

Here are the steps to change the responder(s) for a survey that has already been sent

If you need to change one or more responders to a survey that has already been sent (for example the responder wants someone else take the survey, or s/he no longer can represent the organization), you can follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the correct survey listing

2. Identify the correct company / entity

3. Change the status of the process in question from "WIP" to "Prefilled" by clicking the "Prefille" icon

4. Remove the wrong responder(s)

5. Enter the correct responder details, click save and click "Submit"


What happens next?

The removed responder(s) will no longer be able to answer to the survey, and the newly added ones will receive functional link.


Pro tip:

If you want, you can set the authentication method for each survey as "Link only". With this setting, the respondents can share the response link to the correct responder without your help.
